Brothers Junior Rugby League Football Club (Cairns) was established in 1980 to provide an avenue of participation for rugby league lovers of under age and to also establish a pathway to compliment the senior club, providing a continued line of players for the future.

Competing in the Cairns and District Junior Rugby League (CDJRL), the club fields sides in all competitions from Under 6 to Under 16, with the club's training and playing facilities based at Stan Williams Park, Manunda.

The club is administered by an Exectuive Committee led by President Paul Callaghan.

The club has boasted many juniors that have gone on to achieve higher honours in the NRL, most notably Justin Hodges.
