SUMMER HOLIDAY CLINICS HUGE SUCCESS

Posted 20/01/2016 • holiday clinic rugby league

SUMMER brings plenty of joy, but generally means there is not an oval ball to be seen. Fortunately, as school holiday boredom starts to creep in, Brothers had the ideal solution for parents and kids alike.

A summer holiday clinic was held at Brothers Stan Williams Park across 3 days where participants were able to get their fix of the 'Greatest Game Of All'.

Free of charge, the clinic was open to the public and provided an opportunity for players to develop their core skills, with areas covered such as grip, catch and pass, tackling and kicking. Nearly 50 participants took part in the clincs which catered for all comers by seperating into Mini (6 - 9 years), Mod (10 - 12 years) and International (13 - 16 years) age groups.

I is hoped that the interest generated from the clinics also transfers into registrations for Brothers Junior Rugby League Club. Registrations are now open online and the proess can begn by clicking HERE
