UNDER 18 PROGRESS TO GRAND FINAL

A hard fought battle against Innisfail Leprechauns has advanced Brothers Under 18 side through to the Grand Final against Tully Tigers.
After holding a slender lead 12-10 at half time, Bobby berg's young charges were able to step up a gear in the final stanza to finish eventual 34-22 winners.
Corban Daniels proved himself a handful with each carry on Brothers right edge, crossing for a double. the platform was laid ith some strong form up front from Ted Kepa, Jerry Ahmat and Tannis Munns.
With Gabe Bon providing a strong running game at five-eighth, he is providing his outside men with time and space to show their attacking wares.
Tully defeated Brothers in the Grand Final Qualifying Final last weekend and would have enjoyed the weekend off. Brothers however now have momentum and will be a strong chance of toppling the Minor Premiers.
